Bardale Village Development (Pty) Ltd. was set up by a German consortium in 2001, after one of their members identified an opportunity in the market for affordable, quality living in a medium density environment.
Our contractors are fully Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) compliant. We have a policy of local employment and strive to stimulate the local economy by employing people within the village area and surrounds.
